Accountant to sort out personal + business finances

Hello

I need an experienced accountant to first of all

my finances need to be sorted out by a professional - i need someone who can give some good hours immediately to get things cleared and drive forward with the company as we're scaling

i also would like financial / accounting advice on how to deal with new clients and enquiries.

1. produce some payroll payslips for me via my own company backdating to 2018
2. my accounts are up to date but i need bookkeeping and also someone to just help advise better as the business is growing
3. to help with my personal finances too as this is behind including pension scheme + dividends

This is for long term ongoing work

Payroll payslips I need produced ASAP as I am moving and need to provide proof of income.
