Experience Level: Expert
We're looking for an SEIS specialist accountant to help complete the issuing of SEIS shares to 1 new shareholder. You will update companies house for the new share issues and give share certificates to the investor.

We have agreed shares amount and we also have already some shareholders on board.

We need you to prepare all the HMRC share applications and submit them. Then issue the share certificates for the shareholders.

We're ideally looking to get this completed as soon as possible.
