Accountant to assist in declaring rental income

I bought a flat approximately 18 months ago and rent it to my father, I need to declare the rental income to the inland revenue to avoid complications in the future, all the expenses have been documented and I would just like some assistance in submitting the forms from someone who is qualified to put my mind at ease.
