Dear All,
I am a practising QBE accountant (19 years), and have a client who has been requested by United Trust Bank to provide and accountant's reference (practising under a recognised body - ideally ACCA, ICAEW, IFA).
The mortgage is in joint names... one is solely employed, the other is both employed and self ermployed. They also have a company (the 'target') which is a property development company (limited turnover, simply stock and a small level of expenditure).
I will be able to supply:
1. Self Assessment Returns/ Sole Trade Accounts
2. Limited company accounts
3. Details of any further information
I will alos supply a proforma reference (this is not a preformated 'certificate').
Plewase let me know if you are able to assist?
The budget is a PLACEHOLDER as I do not like to dictate fees.
