Accountant’s certificate of confirmation

I am a company director of a LTD company looking to sponsor my wife's spouse visa to the UK.

I currently have an accountant who is not able to produce Accountant’s certificate of confirmation as they are not a member of a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the Companies Act 2006) and they are not a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants. .My accountant has already subimited my account and created unaudited accounts. I'm looking for a certified accountant who would be able to write a letter to certify the accounts and double check the accountants work. This would be done in line with my company's financial year which ended 31st of Oct 2022.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this and look forward to any proposals.
