Accountant Needed for Small Business with Simple Structure

I’m a business owner in the UK running a small company with the following setup:
• My wife is the only employee.
• We use self-employed contractors who invoice us directly.
• I do not take a salary.

I’m looking for an accountant to:
1. Handle payroll, including reporting my wife’s salary via PAYE.
2. Manage dividends, including calculations and tax advice.
3. File Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment returns for me and my wife.
4. Advise on salary/dividend optimisation for tax efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations, including IR35 for contractors (if necessary).

This is an ongoing requirement, with potential for additional support as the business grows.
