Accountant - Company Liquidation Tax Implications Letter

I am looking for an experienced ACCA qualified accountant who can urgently provide me with a letter summarising the tax implications of closing a single director company with net assets of approximately £99,000 consisting of cash at bank, some investments, director's loan, some debtors.

The company would make a dividend payment of £10,000 and a pension contribution of £20,000 to reduce the net assets and it is possible that a similar business could be started in the next two years with some of the same clients.

The letter would need to state the qualifications and experience of the person preparing the letter and the name of the firm if there is a separate firm.

I understand that the actual process of liquidation would need a liquidation specialist to help with this so the letter would need a cost estimate for that based on typical rates.

Please note that I am only looking for a letter showing the tax position - not actual liquidation. A 24-hour turnaround would be ideal.
