I need an accountant to advise on getting our accounts in order. We parted ways with our previous accountant 12 months ago because our Sage systems were a mess, and if anything it's got worse under his replacement.
Initially we would like to form a plan for how to prioritise and identify tasks our staff or you can undertake, addressing the most urgent needs first. If we get on, we'd then be keen to forge a long term relationship.
The business has a total turnover of approx £250k.
For the purposes of quoting, please provide us with a quote to deliver a summary plan on email following a discussion with me and a review of our draft year end accounts.

Train the staff at your end to take over
Monitor for 3 months
More or less, that works.
Depends on your circumstances etc. -
Where are you based? In a situation like this it can be beneficial to work on site at times due to the high probability of queries arising.
