A certificate of confirmation for my accounts for visa purposes

I am applying for a fiance visa and am (to all intents and purposes) self-employed, except that I have a 'close company' - I am the sole director and employee of my own limited company, which submits unaudited accounts to HMRC. Because of this, the visa rules require me to have a certificate of confirmation for my accounts, provided by a certified accountant as part of my application for the visa. The accountant must be a member of one of the following:
1) a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the Companies Act 2006); or
2) the Institute of Financial Accountants.
I would like a qualified accountant to provide me with this letter, having looked at my accounts.
