6mths old company using Quickbooks Premier 2010 need one-off setup

We are looking for quickbooks person to setup our company bookkeeping. We trade product only and currently using ebay platform and soon our own website. We will be selling offline as well in the nearest future. We have plenty of internal charges to subsidiaries involved. Stock monitoring is involved too.

Only outgoing (money out) transactions involved from Sept10 - Dec10.

Sales transactions started Jan11.

Need to be finalized within 1 week upon bidding acceptance.
