12 month Cash Flow

I am making an application for a £25k loan from a lender to produce a film. The amount for the project is more and will be made up of the UK Tax Credit and money from an investor, that doesn't need to be paid back in the first year. I will take the £25k loan, if accepted, over 12 months. I need to submit a 12 month Cash Flow to show how I will be paying for the film's production, all expenditure. I have a production budget on which I have shown how much will be paid to each department. These payments will be made over 6 weeks from 29.07.24, as that is when the shoot will start. The shoot will end on 8.9.24 and then post production will start. The amount for Post Production which will take three months, is £3,500, and will be evenly spread over three months from September '24 to November '24. The Cash Flow asks questions which all need to be answered. I have all of the data needed. Is this something that you will be able to do? If so, can you deliver urgently?
