Word template created

Hi,

I need a word template written for a document set I am creating. I've tried to do it myself but come unstuck as can't get the headings to work properly.

The attached document lays out what is required, with a number of styles to be created. The plan is to use this template as the basis for documents going forward and also use it to apply to a current document so all the relevant styles can be applied/updated
