Wechat ads

Hello, I need advertising in China (preferably Wechat but it doesn't have to be) - but I don't have a bank account in China, so as I understand Wechat don't allow advertising or getting payment for accounts that don't t have a China bank account. You as an expert, do you know any solution, to how can I advertise there, on any platform? I am teaching English to kids 3-12 years old. If you know any solution, I would gladly employ you to help us and guide us in everything. Thanks!
