Website move and PERCH admin and SEO

Requirements

You should have worked on PERCH based websites and understand how to program using it. Provide proof.
You are able to communicate in fluent English to avoid, as best as possible, any misinterpretations.

You are able to move the two websites and domain name hostings if required, if we cannot agree continued hosting as is.

You are competent with basic SEO techniques to enable our objectives below to be met.

We will require you to provide references from your reviews listed that we can email to authenticate your skill set.

You will need to advise what you require us to obtain from our current provider to enable you to undertake the tasks below.

Work required on 2 x websites as below


Website 1

Add social icons to the Navigation bar at the top, and extend the height to allow for this Instagram facebook, Linkedin
Add Map to the bottom of homepage
Remove the Prices and Bookings top level page content and rename this page ' Our Partners'. Hide for moment.
Creation of The Cottage sub-page on Accommodation top level page – format as others
Integration of the Calendar on each of the Accommodation Sub Pages and onto the Book Now page using calendar from http://www.innstyle.co.uk
Remove the dates from the testimonials so that when testimonials left they are not date stamped
Change address to Lowfield Farm Holiday Cottages Middleton-by-Youlgrave, Bakewell, DE45 1LR
Change title to Lowfield Farm Holiday Cottages Bakewell from Lowfield Middleton
Keywords. We want to add in words to help us on google at Title level ( H1 ) and in the hidden key words sections as below – can we do this or do CNS have to do this? See 'key words' attachment.

General for both sites

We want to be able to change top level header text as required.

We will add in text and photos.

Add a signature to our emails for both domains as the following eg: with clickable links for website and social media and on photos included.

Include a new domain name ( www.lowfieldfarmholidaycottages.co.uk ), we have purchased to be redirected to lowfieldfarmcottages.co.uk. At some point we will want to swap them so that the new domain name we have purchased becomes our main website address and the lowfieldfarmcottages.co.uk is directed to it.

All of the above should be costed separately to the SEO which we expect to be priced monthly and results to be audited monthly







SEO

We will consider a monthly fee to enable the following on a limited trial basis – progress to be measured monthly.

Our objective is to be listed on Page 1 of google for certain keywords and phrases for both websites.
Enhance our google my business listing for lowfield farm holiday cottages to enable us to rank in the first three listings.
We will consider limited testing of ads on linkedin, facebook and instagram on a results basis ongoing.

We will provide key words but also expect the SEO expert to provide insights into what our competition are using so we can emulate their success.
