Webinar and webcam help

Description of support work: We want to create a HD webinar set up in our office. We have used webinar services before but want some help in buying and setting up a system which uses a 2mp to 3mp IP web camera in the board room to view the board table which can see the projector screen at the other side of the room.

The webinar platform choosen must be able to transmit and deliver HD quality streamed live images to all parties on the webinar.

Ideally, we want it to be so clear that they can just view the webcam and see both the projector screen and everyone in the room to facilitate training.

If this is not possible (im worried about refresh rates and viewing a screen from another screen and it flickering) then we want to be able to share our screen ASWELL with the people on the webinar so we can (or they can) flick between viewing the webcam and seeing us or viewing the shared screen.

Ideally if the latter option is chosen, then it would be great if webinaree's can see both images at the same time, with one as PIP (picture in picture) so they could effectively see our shared screen and then a small image in the corner showing the board room.

I hope I have clearly explained what we are looking for.

The winning bid will help set up the whole process. From choosing a camera, webinar platform and setting it up.

We are happy to purchase any products required and take them to the boardroom, plug them in and set up the computer so you can remotely dial in to set up.
