Description of support work: Help!
I have a Grandstream UCM6104 sitting behind a Draytek 2860 router / firewall. On the outside I have a Voiptalk VOIP account.
All three are communicating, but I don't seem to be able to find the right combination of ports to open, NAT settings etc to get audio two way. I currently have audio going out, but not back in.
Can provide screen shots of settings.
Would prefer NOT to use remote access because of security concerns.
