Viewer to help with search for a suitable accomodation for church meetings in Derby

We are looking for someone who could help us with viewing possible open-plan accommodation for church meetings in Derby. Max of 2 miles radius from Derby City Centre. The plan move is for 2014. The size of the accommodation we are looking for would take a min 20 people, max of 100 people(between 50sq metres and 100 sq metres). Toilets(W/C) and small office required. 24/7 access required. Good packing facilities required. Contract for the suitable accommodation would be signed as soon as possible , for occupation 2014. PPH person will view approved location, take good photo( about 10pcs) and send to a mobile number. PPH would then be paid. PPH must be resident in Derby, UK. Full hour will be paid @£20 p/hr negotiable, subject to total fees of £60 per week.
