We are looking for a multi-talented individual to help us with our fast growing online Jewellery and Beauty Products Business. This is an ideal job for a mum with kids at school as hours are flexible by prior arrangement. You will be working from home, so high speed internet and your own PC are essential.
Main duties
-----------
- Answer Customer Queries via email
- Assist with book keeping and expenses management
- Contacting journalists and bloggers regarding product reviews
- Liaising with suppliers and shipping agents
- Social Media tasks - Facebook and Twitter
- Uploading info to websites
- Market monitoring and analysis
- Other tasks relating to reducing our workload!
SKILLS
Essential
----------
- Highly organised and reliable
- Ability to work independently after training
- English Mother Tongue and very good written English skills
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Skype. Fast to learn new systems
- Flexible to undertake different tasks
- Customer Services or Business Admin Experience
Desirable
----------
- Bookkeeping Experience
- Marketing or PR Experience
- Knowledge of Wordpress
- Knowledge of French or German
- Proof reading experience
- Copy Writing or Article writing
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge
HOURS & PAY
------------
Initially hours are 10 am - 1pm, Mon - Friday, but this is flexible. Occasionally weekend work may be required. More hours available after training and as business grows.
Payment £10 per hour month 1, £11 month 2, £12 month 3, £13 month 4, £14 month 5, £15 month 6 and onwards. Extra bonus paid at christmas. This is a self employed position so you will invoice us on a monthly basis for hours worked - we will pay within 5 days and you will be responsible for your own tax affairs.
