Training in Office365 Business Premium

We are a small company in Knutsford with seven Office 365 Business Premium licenses. We share files and folders in SharePoint to colleagues in our organisation and also to others outside it. Some of us sync files to our desktops, others don't. Some of us only need to access the files, other need to move them about.

We often fail to do what we want to do, and get frustrated. Rather than us trying to tell you what we need (from a position of ignorance), it might be better for you to tell us what you think we should know and how you would propose to help us (from a position of expertise).

We need someone to train three or four of us, and give these few the knowledge to help others in our company.

We may need ad-hoc support thereafter.

We have an IT company sorting out our licenses and our emails so we don't need help in this way.
