Track promotion

In 2019 I wrote, recorded and produced 9 tracks of electronica in the style of some of the classic acts of the 90's but with a 2020 twist - Leftfield, Orbital, Eat Static, System 7.... So far I have released (via Distrokid) one single in November, and a 3-track EP in December. I have lined up the next single for release 14/2/20. I am looking for an experienced marketeer who can:
Boost the reach of the upcoming single, and the already released tracks
Build a fanbase ahead of further releases in 2020
Increase play stats on Spotify etc
Encourage download sales

I am rubbish at Social Media and self-promoting! I am happy to provide content as needed but ideally you would run this campaign.
