Description of support work: This is a requirement for someone to help produce (NOT respond) a PQQ and Tender for an accelerated EU tender.
The requirement is for an outsourced management company with strongly weighted preference towards social enterprises.
The document must conform to all EU procurement regulations and must encourage Social enterprises, SME's and Micro organisations to bid.
Requirements will be supplied.
You must have working knowledge of the EU submission process from a UK local authority perspective.
Detailed knowledge of Local Authority procurement regulations preferred.
You must be able to start work immediately
You must be able to complete this within 7 days (subject to understanding the requirements) of me awarding this proposal.
