I'm looking for an experienced technical recruiter to help source and screen senior software developers for ongoing hiring needs.
Target Candidate Profile
The recruiter should help identify developers with:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- C1–C2 English communication skills
- Previous technical interview experience
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Native Spanish-speaking developers
- Experience recruiting in Latin America or Europe
- Existing network of senior engineers
Recruiter Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting software engineers
- Ability to evaluate communication skills and professionalism
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and professional networks
- Familiarity with technical hiring processes
- Strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Source qualified developer candidates
- Perform initial screening and communication
- Verify English proficiency and experience level
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Present high-quality candidates matching our requirements
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting for remote engineering teams
- Hiring senior backend, frontend, full-stack, or AI engineers
- LATAM and international talent sourcing
