Sustainability Advice

I am a shoe startup and I would like my shoes to be manufactured with high sustainability and eco friendly standards.

 My sale price is not going to be in the luxury range, so manufacturing costs must be reasonable.



I feel like being sustainable is a compromise between many different factors.

Therefore I would really appreciate some advice in the form of perhaps a Skype call or short discussion into what I need to consider for manufacturing. Maybe a short summary of bullet points as well.



Let me know if you would be free/willing to help and if you have some experience in sustainable/eco manufacturing (particularly in China, Europe, America) to be able to help me with this.
