Surface water management plan

This is a continuation project from a previous workstream, but an additional amount of work needs to be done to comply with the updated design of the house. The surface water management plan now needs to be updated to take into consideration the flat roof design and also an updated drawing and adjutsment to the report. Also all the checklist stated by the council needs to be added in.

The payment will be made in two parts. The first will be £100 and released on submission of the report to the architect and all the checklists required for submission. Please clarify with the architect what they want and they will need it all by Thursday 27th October 2022. They are holding off submitting until this is done. The deadline for submission is 28th Oct.

As long as no problems with the report then the remainder will be released on approval of the planning and surface water management plan.

The total fee agreed is £200 + a bonus of £40 for waiting on the approval
