Surface Water And Drainage Management Plan

To complete the attached pro forms supported by a technical report which provides an understanding of the SuDS options for discharging surface water run-off for the Site and to demonstrate the acceptability of the proposed development regarding the requirement that it will not increase offsite flood risk.
An assessment will be made of the hydrological and hydrogeological context of the site and the potential for discharging surface water run-off through a SuDS scheme.
