I have an existing MS Project plan (110 lines) which is for a contract negotiation project.
The assistance I require is for someone to
- review project plan and organise more logically - identifying any gaps that may exist.
- add board dates and steering committee dates to the existing plan
- identify critical path of the project plan
- update MS project timeline so show the key activities
- create a one page "plan on a page" in powerpoint to be part of the project reporting
