Sub-editing / copy writing/editing

Sub-editing / copywriting a 585-word piece about tourism recovery after Covid19. I need someone to proofread for grammar, structure and spelling as well as providing some text styling. The piece will be used as content for social media, web blog and LinkedIn platform. It aims to be factual but without having sores of percentages and figures. We are a market research and insights agency, so the piece needs to come across as being our professional opinion and outlook of tourism recovery after Covid-19.

I need a quick turnaround if possible. I have no idea about budget as not something I have commissioned before but I will absolutely not be driven by cheapest quote.
