Statistician: Habits correlation experiment

I'm conducting a habits correlation experiment with a few people. Basically we're trying to assess what the correlation between different habits such as sleep, schedule, exercise, diet etc. really is. We have 12 habits and we have 24 data points for each habit. Each data point is simply a rating on /10.

Your mission?
To use your expert skills and create a graph which elegantly portrays the correlation (if any) between these 12-habits. Along with an analysis explaining your findings.
