We would like a data scientist and statistician to get a national representative sample per county listed bellow

Nigeria-

Ghana

Kenya

South Africa

As we are survey company we need to know what gender, age and location we need to hit to make sure the same is representative of the population, so, for example, we need to know if we hit 4000 people within South Africa that number could be representative of the population
