SQL Installation

I'm trying to install Act! onto my laptop and I'm having problems with installing and uninstalling SQL on my machine. The Support Technincian at Act has suggested I get an expert in SQL to see if someone can fix the problem as they hadn't seen it before and have exhausted every thing they can think of.

It keeps throwing up errors with regards to permissions and missing files. I can forward you on the email from Act Support Services explaining the problem which has screenshots of errors on it.
