Description of support work: We are Call centre based in Canary Wharf with over 400 members of staff.
Our IT department lacks the resource to provide essential support of a 325Gb SQL 2014 database.

We use a bespoke CRM application called Synthesys, supported by a company called Noetica, which is connected to the back-end SQL database.

Noetica are responsible for developing the application, but provide little support for the SQL DB.

Primarily, we require a SQL administrator to maintain the DB, implement backup/maintenance cycles and troubleshoot any issues we may incur. There will also be instances where telephone support is required when discussing issues/development with our software developers.

We estimate the requirement to be 2-3 days per month.
