Spreadsheet (Plan de negocios por 3 servicios)

I'm trying to create business service solution on the recruitment industry currently I have an Idea for 3 services which will be a monthly recurring revenue and 1 initial service that I would like to provide to all my clients.

All these services are 101 for HR consulting, I'm not using a digital solution. At this moment I have made a spreadsheet with this information:

Fulltime Employees: 8hrs * 4 People * Week, Month, Year
Part-time: 5hrs * 1 Person * 3 days * Week, Month, Year

- I will need a spreadsheet flexible for adding and cutting people in our team and compare their our time vs the amount of money we should make in order to pay their cost + 1.3 in order to make some Gross Margin.

- Based on the first information, create/organize the current consulting service I would like to make (Volume * Price * Months *1/2) per each service.

I have done on my own several samples but I'm, not an accountant so there might be somethings that I could be missing since the lack of knowledge it will be nice if you could help me.
