Description of support work: We have domain owned by GoDaddy, and bought office 365 which is linked to our go daddy domain www.dyerstchiropractic.com.
Our domain is linked to our website, but outlook doesn't register it, or let us receive emails (although we can send them?) to that domain so we have it set up so that they are just forward to my personal account.
Now outlook won't even connect to our new PC, go daddy support says everything is working on their end, and we need to repoint or do something with DNS and MX records but I have no idea what they are or what to do.
Can anyone help.
