Social Media Set up and Targeted FB Ads Management (Morocco Only)

Dear SocialM Team

We need your help in two things:

1- Set up social media accounts for our English training course (facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+)

2- Manage and run a very targeted Facebook and possibly PPC ads running the training takes place in Morocco, so we need a very targeted campaign aimed at the Moroccan Facebook and YouTube users.

We can use Facebook ads or YouTube to drive traffic to the website, watch an intro video in on our YouTube channel.

Our main goal is simple: target Moroccans (specially the ones who are in English teaching filed, Moroccan English department students on facebook groups..etc) either through facebook ads or by joining groups and engaging with users.
