Smart plug Iot integrate

I am design a product , basically have idea of smart plug . Need to do a prototyping first the features of product are :1- Regular 1: On trigger at GPIO of raspberry pi Common pin and Normally open pin of the relay connect and plug get power all the time until any hardware or software interrupt.
2- Regular 0: This is regular zero mode, doesn’t work all the time we set logic on it which you define how and at which interval of time you want to get power in plug demand on logic of program.
3- Smart Mode: The most import mode of operations, we continuously measure current on plug terminal as it is plugged current will flow on it. During the current flow module generate pulse and that will take as an input to GPIO of raspberry pi. Monitoring on this pulse we set interrupt routine in our logic of code for switching to regular 0 mode.
