Small Business & Personal tax accounting for 1 Director, plus payroll

I require:

1. Yearly Corporate tax return and Companies House return & advise on allowances

2. Yearly personal tax return & advice on allowances

3. Twice a year review of payroll for 1 employee/Director, + 1 temporary employee

I suggest you make a bid for each item and then we make payment as each occurs.

I\'d like this to be a long term arrangement.
