Hello,
We are a small IT Training and training room hire company, and we're downsizing in November. We are looking to get an inventory of all of our stuff so we can sell to second-hand-furniture shop(s).
So I need someone (one or two people) to come to our office and build an inventory of what we have. There is a busy basement, and then a small reception room, three 17 seater training rooms and two 6-seater training rooms. A kitchen. All of this is around 1,600 square feet, so not a huge space at all. This includes the basement floorspace.
I will also need an inventory done of our other standalone training room down the road, which is around 750 sq ft.
I need an inventory that will list what is there, and it's condition. And I need it to be in a format that I can make changes to because we will not be getting rid of EVERYTHING.
There are desks, chairs, stationary, PC equipment like servers, racks, routers, etc. There are data projectors on the walls of the training rooms, whiteboards, printers, etc.
I'm expecting this job to take one person around 3-5 days, or two people around 2-3 days. Not sure of budget as yet, so am keen for quotes. You don't necessarily have to have loads of experience doing this sort of thing - just some common sense!
