Small building works estimates/bill of quantities

General information for the business: Construction building works
Description of support work: I we have a small construction company that constructs bespoke extensions of a kind in London and we are looking for someone to produce our costings on a ongoing basis. The projects are all fairly similar in size, and at present we price them ourselves but as we expand we want to outsource this and have more structure in place.
We visit site and capture the information, there are no architects plans normally, and we get our dimensions from our own sketches or estate agents floor plans.
The jobs are all fairly similar and we have many examples. They normally take around 1-1.5 hours each to complete and we have between 4 - 10 a week to undertake with the quantity increasing.
A reasonably quick turn around of 3-4 days will be required.
