Simple retainer agreement for freelance consultancy work

General information for the business: I provide Insurance Consultancy Services and Technical Insurance Reports
Description of consulting work: I need a draft of a simple monthly retainer agreement for a client that i currently work with on an ad hoc basis. Nothing major but needs to cover of the basics: Hours allocated, Deliverables, Commencement / Expiry, Notice Period, Process for allocating work within retainer.

The deliverables are intangible i.e. business development, relationship management, etc, basically an outsourcing of their relationship management process.
Extra notes: I only want someone from the UK and I'm not interested in a cut and paste from the internet so ideally someone who has done these before. It will be reviewed and amended by the client's legal advisers so needs to be correct but doesn't necessarily have to be done by a legal person.

Ideally I would like this today so please only bid if you can draft something for me this afternoon.
