Simple Driver Barcode Log

We are a logistics company, we collect, cross ship and drop off parcels. Each parcel is barcoded and I want drivers to scan barcode using iPhone or android scanner to show which driver has which parcel.

Critical functionality:
1 Scan each parcel at pickup
2 Second driver to scan if crossshipped to transfer onto his van
3 Scan at delivery to prove dropped off

Each scan should record barcode info, GPS coordinates, date/time stamp & drivers details
Data to be stored in spreadsheet with separate tab for each of 7 drivers

I think Appsheet would be good for this but short on time - something you could do Yogesh ?
