Description of support work: I have recently installed office 2013 and subscribe to office 365. I have a small business with one registered account, but a few different people accessing the files and outlook etc...
I am experiencing problems with sync, logins, using internet explorer (general connection problems - I need to get it working for 365, but it keeps saying "page not found", and no other browsers seem to access 365 for editing documents).
I need someone with (ideally accredited) expertise and troubleshooting experience in this area and and ability to offer secure remote log-in support and get things working again. I would like you to be able to check all the ways in which my Office system has been set up, and make suggestions about best practise, too.

Sync problems
I'm editing documents offline and they no longer sync when I put them into the sync folders (the red x appears next to them).
Sync seems to think I am out of space, despite having deleted lots of files from the server (and 365 recycle bin)
Sync icon in the toolbar says it is constantly trying to sync 2 files, neither one very large
Office keeps asking me to verify my email and enter the password when I try to save documents. This doesn't seem to help when I do.
IE problems
I open IE and it tells me that the connection could not be established [sic] and I close and reopen it, I get onto a page, then the next page, same problem occurs.
This means I can't use 365 to e.g. collaborate on a document, or remotely edit on another laptop, as firefox/chrome etc don't seem to work with 365 editing.

Ideally I'd like you to be able to do the work during office hours - the ideal time would be after 4.30pm mon-fri (GMT) which is when the workstation is vacant.
