Setting up a network for our small business (London)

I need someone who can setup a new network in our office. (In London)
The office consists of these equipment:

- Up to 20 data cables for computers
- Up to 20 VoIP phones
- 2 Server Machines
- Up to 5 Printers& Scanners
- And 1 port for CCTV

At the moment, there is an existing system made of Cisco equipment (a router and 2 switches). We want to replace those, cause we are tired of looking for Cisco Specialists all the time!

The plan is to buy a 48-port switch and if the old one is not sufficient, a new wireless router as well.

All the cables are ready and connected to the existing network equipment, so all we've gotta do is to put the new switch and router in place and rewire them.
Therefore no need to worry about managing cables...

Finally, our constraints:

- This work has to be done during the weekend, since the office people work there during the weekdays. We can start on a Friday eve or Saturday morning depending on how much time you will need. But it has to be operational on Monday morning...

- Whichever equipment that we are going to use, it has to be accessible via a web-browser control panel. So no Telnet-Console equipment. Cause we might need to arrange new equipment in the future and we don't want to go through the Cisco problems again.

- We don't have big performance requirements. And no big budget for the new equipment. So a modest preference of the new machines will be enough. You can choose the equipment if there is one that you are confident in.
