SEO onsite and offsite

We are on page 1 and looking for someone to hone our SEO and tailor it to get the final few places to number 1. We have many keywords we rank well for so this is for the seasoned SEO person who has a raft of previous clients and will rank very highly on PPH. Interested in discussing strategy and how to update our internal marketing approaches to ensure we have best practice. This is not an urgent job its more about finding the right person to work with. Ideally looking for someone to do some work at our Coulsdon office (CR5). This could lead to ongoing work. I have worked with remote people but the quality has just not been good enough hence the reason for looking for someone who would come into our office - work can be done on a saturday if you happen to be employed monday to friday. No timewasters or people who cannot work from our office as we want to build a relationship.

we require link work if relevant, and on site guidance. any tools you can use to help mine erroneous titles etc would be handy.
