Sencha Cmd project setup. Need to configure non-standard relative paths

I have to deploy extjs app to a CMS where the folder structure is already given. So I must relocate the relative paths correctly for app.js and ./resources

I have some success with "sencha app refresh -base" and changing $(build.dir}. But it is not right yet and I am out of ideas. I can get production+testing working, or dev working, but not all three ;(

Ideal fix is a shared screen/TeamViewer session where you can see the environment and tweak the build until I get my production/testing/development set ups working with the latest extjs+Cmd.
