Rics counsellor

Counsellor required to assist with my RICS associate APC enrolment. Must be MRICS or associate RICS for a period of 4 or more years
Responsibilities
Help the candidate choose appropriate competencies on enrolment
Support, guide and encourage the candidate
Every six months, assess the candidate against the competencies
Assess whether the candidate needs additional experience or training
Complete a 12 month evaluation for those candidates undertaking 24 months of structured training
Judge when the candidate is ready for final assessment
Ensure all relevant documentation is included in the final assessment submission
Give advice on preparing for the final assessment presentation and interview
If the candidate is referred, monitor progress and readiness for re-assessment
