Description of support work: I'm looking for an experienced IT engineer who is fluent on Logic Now (ex. GFI MAX) RMM platform.
We have been using it for a few years now. However, it would be useful for a third party to review our setup and provide us with the recommendations on what we could improve in terms of automation, checks, etc.
Also, once this initial review is done we will be looking at establishing a long term relationship with an IT engineer who could be doing similar checks and maybe optimisations on a regular basis.
