Review Employment Contract

Good Morning

I currently work for a company in capacity of Sales Director.

I have various issues that I am not satisfied with and one of the key role is having to work abroad few times a year.

I am also looking to move to either a competitor or start my own business in near future carrying similar activities to my current employer.

I am abroad at the moment and looking to resign ( addressing the matter as constructive dismissal.

I am looking to obtain advise on how to best go about resining and also continuing with my plans mentioned above. if you can assist in this please advise at the earliest I shall share my employment contract with you upon your reply.
