I am looking for a property search assistant/researcher to find a residential property to purchase.

I have a specification which defines the type of property, location and details I am looking for. I would like someone to search the internet for properties for sale and properties listed at Auction that match my requirements.

You will populate your findings into a google sheet online that we both share and send an update via email every other day on progress. You will be required to contact estate agents or auction houses to confirm property details.

This work is very flexible and can be done at any time from anywhere. However you must have good knowledge of London to complete this task.

Its also important you can demonstrate property experience or research experience. You must also be able to have a call if needed via phone/skype or google hangout.

You will also need to use a free product called rescue time to submit reports with your invoice for time spent on this task.

As well as an hourly rate I will also pay a bonus of £200 if I complete a purchase on a property that you find me.

Research is expected to be approx. 1 hour a day.
