Residential construction estimator

I am a residential construction business owner concentrating on extensions and lofts. Due to increased workload, I am looking to get assistance with building quotes for tenders. So that person should be working in the UK and have a knowledge of the local current building costs./prices. Quotes will be taken from full construction drawings and as much spec as possible. From the drawing i want professional looking breakdowns of costs, bill of quantities and a copy to give the potential client.
