Description
This role focuses on sourcing and communicating with individuals located in the United States and European Union countries who are interested in participating in real-world platform workflows and early-access contributor programs.
This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. We are looking for someone skilled in outreach, sourcing, communication, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
• Source potential contributors through LinkedIn, communities, social platforms, job groups, and outreach channels
• Communicate with candidates professionally and clearly
• Verify basic contributor eligibility and profile authenticity
• Coordinate onboarding and follow-up communication
• Maintain organized contributor pipelines and tracking
• Help grow and manage the founding contributor network
Requirements
• Strong written English communication
• Experience with sourcing, outreach, recruiting, or lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and remote communication workflows
• Organized and responsive
• Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment
Preferred
• Experience sourcing US/EU candidates
• Technical recruiting or startup recruiting experience
• Experience with freelancer or remote-work communities

Since this is an early-stage contributor program, we are still in the initial phase of building and validating the sourcing process itself, so we have not yet faced large-scale retention challenges. One of the main goals of this collaboration is actually helping us establish and refine that contributor acquisition workflow effectively from the beginning.
For the sourcing approach, we are looking for a balance of both:
* targeted sourcing for high-quality and trustworthy contributors
* and scalable outreach to help grow the contributor network efficiently over time
The current priority is finding reliable US/EU-based contributors who are open to participating in real-world platform testing and early-access collaboration.
